Ten personas writing diaries, alone.
Each persona’s corpus is free-form diary writing. No AI-driven “Prometheus” protocol, no canonical questions — just the texture of a day, written for the persona’s own use. Same migration corridor and same time window as the elicited cohort. The difference is what’s missing: the prompt to step back and theorise.
